" પદમાવતી" હમણાં હમણાં આ ફિલ્મ ના વિરોધ નું ધુપ્પલ આખા દેશમાં ચાલી રહ્યું છે. જેને સમજાઈ છે એ પણ ધોકા-લાકડી લઈને નીકળી પડે છે અને જેને નથી સમજાતું એ પણ તલવાર લઈને નીકળી પડે છે. એક વાત બધા એ સમજી લેવાની જરૂર છે કે ફિલ્મ એ મનોરંજન ઉપરાંત સર્જકતાનું , સર્જનતાનું માધ્યમ છે. એમાં કોઈ એ પણ પોતાની લાગણી કે ધર્મ કે જાતિ નો ઉપાડો લઈને ધમાલ-ધમકી કે અરાજકતા ની સ્થિતિનું નિર્માણ થાય એવું કરવું જોઈએ નહિ. હા , વાંધાજનક હોય તો તેનો વિરોધ શાલીનતાપૂર્વક પણ થઇ જ શકે છે પણ આપણા લોકોની માનસિકતા જ હવે ધમાલ-હાકોટા-પડકાર કરીને અરાજક પરિસ્થિતિનું નિર્માણ થાય એવી બનતી જાય છે. બધા જ એવું માનતા થઇ ગયા છે કે જો આપણે દાદાગીરી કરશું તો જ સામે વાળો આપણી વાત માનશે. ધમાલ કરીને દબાણ કરીને પોતાની વાત બળજબરીપૂર્વક મનાવવામાં શૂરવીરતા સાબિત કરવાની હોંશ કે જોશ તેમજ પોતાના જ સમાજમાં સહેલાઈથી છાકો પાડી દેવાની , વટ જમાવવાની નેતા બની જવાની કુટિલ માનસિકતા સામેલ હોય છે. ફિલ્મ સર્જક એક આસાન ટાર્ગેટ હોય છે આવી બાબતોમાં કારણકે તેઓ રાજકારણી જેવી તાકાત કે પાવર ધરાવતા હોતા નથી , એમને સરકાર ના ખર્ચે સુરક્ષા મળતી નથી , એમ...

ભારતીય જનતા પાર્ટીની મુર્ખામી - કોંગ્રેસનું છળકપટ - પ્રજાની અગ્નિ પરીક્ષા તારીખ ૯ ડિસેમ્બર અને ૧૪ ડિસેમ્બર - ગુજરાત વિધાનસભા ની ચૂંટણી ની તારીખ જાહેર થઇ ગઈ છે. હવે મુખ્ય બે પક્ષ ભાજપ અને કોંગ્રેસ વચ્ચે બરાબર જંગ જામશે એ વાત નક્કી. બંને મુખ્ય પક્ષો માટે ગુજરાત ઇલેકશન લિટ્મસ ટેસ્ટ સમાન રહેવાની છે. બંને પક્ષનું ભવિષ્ય ગુજરાત ઇલેકશન પછી નક્કી થશે. ભાજપ માટે ૨૦૧૯ - લોકસભા પહેલા ની સૌથી મહત્વ ની ચૂંટણી આ થવાની છે. જો ભાજપ ગુજરાત જીતશે તો ૨૦૧૯ ખુબ જ સરળ બની રહેવાની શક્યતા છે. કોંગ્રેસ માટે તો આ ઇલેકશન જીવન-મરણ નો સવાલ છે. રાહુલ ગાંધી માટે પણ આ આખરી અને આકરો મુકાબલો છે. જો કોંગ્રેસ ગુજરાત જીતશે તો ૨૦૧૯ માં જોરદાર ટક્કર આપવા તૈયાર થઇ શકે છે ઉપરાંત ભાજપ માટે કદાચ વળતા પાણી પણ પુરવાર થશે. ત્રીજો પક્ષ આમ આદમી પાર્ટી (અરવિંદ કેજરીવાલ) અને ચોથો પક્ષ જન-વિકલ્પ(શંકરસિંહ વાઘેલા) આ બંને મોટા પક્ષોના મત તોડવા સિવાય કઈ વિશેષ કરી શકે તેમ નથી. ભારતીય જનતા પાર્ટીની મૂર્ખાઈ  ભારતીય જનતા પાર્ટી - બે મુર્ખામી કરી છે. ૧) છેક ચૂંટણીની તારીખ ડિક્લેર થવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ સુધી અનેક જાતની રાહતની ...

સમસ્ત પાટીદારો તેમજ ગુજરાતની પ્રજા. ગુજરાત વિધાનસભાની ચૂંટણીના પડઘમ વાગવા માંડ્યા છે. ભારતીય જનતા પાર્ટી અને કોંગ્રેસ બે જ મુખ્ય પક્ષો વચ્ચે સ્પર્ધા રહેવાની શક્યતા છે કારણકે ગુજરાતમાં ત્રીજા પક્ષનું ટ્રેડિશન નથી. હા , થોડાક અંશે આમ આદમી પાર્ટી ની નોંધ લેવી પડશે. એક ગુજરાતી તરીકે હું સમસ્ત પાટીદારો અને ગુજરાતની પ્રજાને આગ્રહભરી વિનંતી કરું છું કે --- પાટીદારો , તમને ૫ કે ૧૦% અનામત મળે તેમાં ગુજરાતની અન્ય ઉચ્ચ જ્ઞાતિઓને તેમજ અન્ય કોઈપણ બીજી પ્રજાને કોઈપણ પ્રકારે વાંધો નથી. પરંતુ મેહરબાની કરીને ૫-૧૦% અનામત માટે ગુજરાતની ઘોર ખોદવાનું કાર્ય કરતા નહિ. તમારા ટૂંક સમયના આવેગ અને ગુસ્સાને લીધે જો ગુજરાતમાં કોંગ્રેસ કે આપ પાર્ટીનું રાજ આવી જશે તો સરવાળે સૌથી વધારે નુકસાન પાટીદારોને જ થશે ...કારણકે.... ૧ ). કોંગ્રેસ કે આપ પાર્ટી બંનેની બંધારણની ઉપરવટ જઈને અનામત આપવાની તાકાત નથી જેનું ઉદાહરણ , અન્ય રાજ્યમાં કોંગ્રેસ દ્વારા જ લઘુમતીને આપવામાં આવેલ અનામત ને સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે કેન્સલ કરી જ નાખી છે. આ પક્ષો દ્વારા અનામત બાબતે અપાતા વચનો ભ્રામક અને છેતરામણા જ સાબિત થવાના છે. ૨ ). કો...
